Directions from A627(M) Elk Mill  

1. Head east on Broadway/A663 - Go past Elk Mill retail park and watch out for the speed camera 
2. Go left at Oldham Road /A671 - Just past the Shell garage (stay in the left hand lane)
3. Continue to follow A671 Rochdale Road -  Main road through Royton, through the traffic lights passing the Co op supermarket on the left 
4. Turn right at next traffic lights onto Dogford Road at the Junction Pub
5. Take the 2nd right onto Low Crompton Road (1st right is a dirt road with houses)
6. Take the 1st right onto Linkside Avenue
7. We are on the left 1st house.
