Limousines - Terms & Conditions
Please note: - All our Cars, Limousines & FIRE Engines are fully licensed by V.O.S.A or O.M.B.C. All our drivers are licensed by O.M.B.C. & have been fully CRB checked.
1. The hirer is fully responsible for any/all passengers included in the hire.
2. NO SMOKING. It is illegal to smoke in any public service vehicle. Thank you in advance for your co-operation and support.
3. NO CHEWING GUM at any time.
4. Any & all damages/loss occurring during the hire period will be the responsibility of the named hirer.
5. Numbers of passengers indicated at the time of booking will be strictly adhered to MAX - Fire Engine 7 White/Pink - 8 seats in rear.
6. The driver is instructed to adhere to the schedule as booked.
7. The hire is for the contracted journey/s, (NOT BY THE HOUR), unless otherwise stated.
8. There is a maximum wait of 10 minutes for any arranged pick-ups. The Chauffer/Crew has the right to leave after this time if the hirer deems to be late. (Any additional time that is required, the hirer will be charged for).
9. Alcohol may only be consumed in the Limousine/Engine by over 18`s.
10. Drinks supplied courtesy of the company must NOT be removed from the vehicles. The hirer and their guest are not permitted to supply their own drinks. (Champagne has to be requested and has an additional charge).
11. The Chauffer/Crew retains absolute & unconditional right to terminate the hire for abusive or incorrect behaviour.
12. Airport transfers, you must make arrangements for any luggage that will not fit in the Limousine boot.
(NO LUGGAGE CARRIED INSIDE AT ALL)
13. The management reserves the right to substitute another vehicle in any circumstances beyond their control,
(e.g. Breakdown, weather, road traffic conditions, and acts of God).
14. All Parking/tolls/ferry cost are the responsibility of the hirer.
15. All outstanding monies to be paid in full before the hire.
16. Payment on collection is strictly CASH ONLY.
17. Any cheques returned by the bank, the hirer is liable for any bank charges.
Cancellations
1. Lady Jayne Limousines Ltd requires 14 days notice in writing from the hirer.
2. Lady Jayne Limousines Ltd will try to re-book the Fire Engine or Limousine on the cancelled date & should this be successful there will be no further charge, deposits are none refundable.
3. Lady Jayne Limousines Ltd will do all that is necessary in their power to supply vehicle/s on time & at the place of hire. However for circumstances beyond our control, such as civil disputes, riot, fire, adverse weather conditions, road traffic accidents, etc…….. We do not accept responsibility.
